Randy attended Grant Park High School in Grant Park, Illinois. Prior to assuming the responsibilities of Operations Manager, he was floor supervisor for the Brown & Sharpe line. He is responsible for scheduling production runs and supervising manufactuing operations, including receiving, cleaning and shipping activities. He joined the Company in 1990.  

Steve has had extensive experience at Laser Technologies and Caterpillar with lean manufacturinng, having implemented 5-S, Kanban and other lean manufacturing procedures and conducting Kaizan events. He has an associate degree in business from Lincoln College and certificates in computer technology and electronic technology. He joined the Company in May, 2006. He is responsible for improving the manufacturing process.
