ROSEMET was founded and is led by Dr. Michael J. Shick, MSPM, PMP®, CSM®, a seasoned project management professional, educator, and mentor.
He holds a doctorate in business from Creighton University and serves as an Assistant Professor of Project Management at Western Carolina University. Dr. Shick also earned a Master of Science in Project Management from The George Washington University.
His extensive academic background is matched by his professional credentials, including the Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) certifications. This blend of deep industry expertise, academic excellence, and a people-first approach ensures that every student gains both the practical skills and the confidence to lead.
