Article Processing Charge (APC):
- Submission charge for manuscripts up to 18 pages: $65.00
- Papers exceeding 18 pages in length: Reviewed with permission at the base rate selected above, plus $5.00 per page over 18 pages. Please email the editorial staff at [email protected] if your paper exceeds the 18 page limit.

- Service charge for web publication of manuscripts up to 10 pages: $100.00

- Service charge for web publication of manuscripts 11 to 18 pages: $120.00

Editorial Staff Editing Charge (OPTIONAL):
- For manuscript editing to meet submission standards: $25.00 per page. Please email the editorial staff at [email protected] if you would like editing services.
NOTE: Authors will receive an email notification after payment is rendered and the manuscript is submitted.
